About the role
FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy USA is seeking a Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join their team. This role is part-time, 20 hours per week, and temporary from August 3, 2026 to end of April 2027 or potentially longer.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Enter sales orders, create delivery orders, arrange freight to customers and process invoices
- Retrieve orders and submit invoices using third-party EDI providers
- Solve warehouse and trucking issues when necessary
- Assist warehouse manager with inventory queries
- Act as a liaison with the Sales and Marketing Teams
- Report to Customer Service Team Lead
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-sufficient, independent and a team player
- Motivated and open to learning new things
- Must be able to multi-task and adapt to different working environments
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
