Customer Service Warehouse Associate

About the role

Ewing Outdoor Supply is a fourth generation, family-owned wholesale landscape, irrigation, and outdoor supply company seeking dependable, customer-focused team members to join their operations team. The role offers a mix of indoor and outdoor activities including customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards
• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers
• Aid with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks
• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols
• Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic math and communication skills
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service
• Warehouse associate experience
• Delivery driver experience
• Forklift certification
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials (training provided)
• Spanish bi-lingual is always a plus
