Customer Service Warehouse Associate

Ewing Outdoor Supply is a fourth generation, family-owned wholesale landscape, irrigation, and outdoor supply company seeking dependable, customer-focused team members to join their operations team. Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales
• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
• Warehouse & Yard Operations
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.
• Inventory Management
• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Aid in cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Delivery and Transportation
• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
• Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.

Requirements

• Support the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service.

What We Are Looking For...

• Preferred, but not required:
• Warehouse associate experience.
• Delivery driver experience.
• Forklift Certification.
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials.
• Spanish Bi-Lingual.
