Customer Service Warehouse Associate

Ewing Outdoor Supply is a fourth-generation, family-owned wholesale landscape, irrigation, and outdoor supply company seeking dependable, customer-focused team members to join their operations team. Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales
• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Sell and recommend landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation products to customers.
• Warehouse & Yard Operations
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, adhering to all safety standards.
• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
• Safely deliver customer materials to local job sites, providing world-class customer service upon arrival.
• Inventory Management
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through cycle counts and other methods.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service.

Preferred, But Not Required

• Warehouse associate experience.
• Delivery driver experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials.
• Spanish bi-lingualism (always a plus).
