Customer Service Warehouse Associate

Ewing Outdoor Supply, a fourth-generation, family-owned wholesale landscape, irrigation, and outdoor supply company, is seeking dependable, customer-focused team members to join our operations team. This role offers a variety of activities, including customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys an active, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.
• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
• Safely deliver customer materials to local job sites, providing excellent customer service upon arrival.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse associate experience.
• Delivery driver experience.
• Forklift Certification.
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials.
• Spanish bilingual skills.
