Customer Service Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Sell landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation products to customers.
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.
• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
• Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Preferred, but not required: Warehouse associate experience, delivery driver experience, forklift certification, knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials.
• Spanish bi-lingual is always a plus.

• Basic math skills.

• Valid driver's license.
