Your Mission Will Be To
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and provide solutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by the campaign.
