Responsibilities
- Assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms
- Help with orders, manage calls, and support store teams
- Use technology and service skills to represent Bob’s with integrity, enthusiasm, and care
- Perform order entry and ensure accuracy using support systems
- Handle cash and process payments
- Multitask and follow through on customer inquiries
- Solve problems and analyze root causes
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible retail hours
- Strong verbal communication, judgment, and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies

Pay
Hourly Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
