Customer Service Supervisor

Job Duties

• Oversight of daily front-line operations at the ticket counter
• Ensuring exceptional guest service
• Accurate reservations
• Efficient passenger check-in for airplane tours
• Leadership, coaching, and direction to customer service representatives
• Closely coordinating with dispatch, operations, and management
• Ensuring smooth and safe tour departures

Requirements and Experience

• 2-3 years supervisory & customer service experience
• Able to lift 25 pounds, stand, and walk
• Outdoor exposure
