About the role

Oversee all ticket appeals submitted through the Ticket Appeal System and coordinate the distribution of appeals to appointed review members. Enter and maintain accurate ticket appeal decisions and related data in designated systems. Serve as the front counter lead, greeting and assisting guests and visitors in a professional and customer-focused manner. Respond to departmental telephone inquiries related to the ticket appeal process and general office operations. Process ticket and permit payments, reconcile Money Received Reports, and balance the cash drawer in accordance with established procedures. Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with departmental and university policies. Perform other duties as assigned in support of department operations.

7:30AM–4:00PM

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Office experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Good organizational and communication skills

Pay

$17.00–$18.00 per hour
