Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support to Oklahoma Surgical Hospital’s patients and families.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide account information, and resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years experience in medical collections, hospital collections preferred.
Specialty Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical office terminology.
- Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
- Insurance terminology.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
Schedule
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm on the 25th floor.

Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, basic medical office knowledge, computer proficiency, and insurance terminology.
