About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist on our team, your primary role will be to support the sales efforts of the outside salesperson and various order fulfillment activities in an inside sales capacity. A few of your duties range from processing orders to soliciting additional business from current customers. We will invest in training, resources and guidance.
Qualifications and skills
- Computer skills, including data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with an emphasis toward customer satisfaction
- Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task in a fast paced and friendly environment
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales and customer service experience
- Career-oriented, have initiative, ambition, and a strong interest and desire to learn the business from the ground up

M-F 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, periodic Saturdays from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM during peak business season
