We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually posting includes "About the Opportunity" then "What You’ll Do", "What You’ll Bring", "What Success Looks Like", "Why This Role Matters", "About Kop-Coat, Inc." Also there is company info at top but that's not a section heading; we can include maybe a paragraph about company info? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we need to decide which sections to include: "About the Opportunity" could be considered "About the role". "What You’ll Do" is responsibilities. "What You’ll Bring" is qualifications/requirements. "What Success Looks Like" maybe could be omitted or could be considered "Skills"? But it's more about success metrics; maybe we can include as a paragraph under responsibilities? However instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine "What Success Looks Like" and "Why This Role Matters" into a paragraph under responsibilities or maybe as a separate section "About the role"? But we have to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use those headings as appropriate. The posting does not mention Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create those sections. Thus we can have:

    About the role

(content from About the Opportunity and maybe About Kop-Coat, Inc? Actually About Kop-Coat, Inc is separate but could be part of About the role? Might be better to have a separate section for company info? Not in list. Could embed in About the role paragraph. Then

    Responsibilities

    with
    • list of duties from "What You’ll Do". Then

      Requirements

(or Qualifications) with list from "What You’ll Bring". Could also include education etc. We could also have a

      Skills

but we already have requirements covering skills; maybe not needed. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include company info paragraph before sections? The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The company info at top is not a heading; we can put it as a

before sections. Also include About Kop-Coat, Inc. maybe as a paragraph under About the role or separate? Could be part of About the role. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. Thus final HTML:

      About the role

At Kop-Coat, Inc., exceptional customer service is more than answering questions; it’s about making it easy for our customers to do business with us. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in delivering the customer experience that differentiates Kop-Coat from our competitors. This position will manage the full customer order cycle, from order entry and fulfillment through shipping, invoicing, and receivables, while working closely with customers, sales, production, logistics, and our laboratory team. This is also a unique opportunity to become a key resource for one of Kop-Coat, Inc.'s most important customer service functions. Working alongside an experienced customer service leader, you will learn established processes, develop expertise in customer-specific requirements, help document critical knowledge, and identify opportunities to standardize and improve how we serve our customers.

      Responsibilities

      • Manage customer orders from initial acceptance through fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and collection, ensuring accuracy throughout the process.
      • Enter and maintain orders with accurate pricing, product information, quantities, and shipping terms.
      • Serve as a responsive and professional point of contact for customers, sales representatives, and service teams, resolving questions and issues efficiently.
      • Coordinate production, scheduling, and shipments with the Corsicana facility and third-party tolling partners.
      • Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process and proactively communicate status updates, potential delays, and other issues.
      • Prepare freight estimates and coordinate logistics by evaluating delivery requirements, destinations, carrier options, and other shipping considerations.
      • Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers and internal partners to support exceptional service and operational excellence.
      • Partner with the laboratory team on raw material purchasing, order reconciliation, and customer shipping and receiving activities.
      • Learn and document customer-specific processes, preferences, and historical account requirements to ensure continuity and consistency.
      • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve communication, and increase efficiency across the order management workflow.
      • Support the development of standardized processes and documentation that will strengthen the team's ability to serve customers effectively over the long term.

      Requirements

      • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant training is a plus.
      • 5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, inside sales, logistics, or a related field preferred.
      • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when working with orders, pricing, product information, and shipping details.
      • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and orders simultaneously.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to build productive relationships with customers and cross-functional internal teams.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex or unusual customer requests with sound judgment.
      • Comfortable working independently while knowing when to involve others to resolve an issue.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and effectively use business systems and customer/order management applications.
We could also include "What Success Looks Like" and "Why This Role Matters" as paragraphs under maybe a section "About the role" but we already have that. Could add a paragraph after responsibilities about success and why role matters. But we must preserve all substantive information; we haven't included those sections yet. We need to include "What Success Looks Like" and "Why This Role Matters". Could add them as

under a section maybe "About the role" after the initial paragraph, or create a separate section like "What Success Looks Like" but that's not in allowed headings list. However we could treat it as part of About the role or Responsibilities. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive list. So we could use other headings if they are meaningful, but better to stick to those. However we need to preserve all substantive information; we can embed that info in paragraphs under existing sections. Thus after the About the role paragraph, we could add another paragraph about what success looks like and why role matters. Or we could add a separate

      About the role

with multiple paragraphs. Let's incorporate: Under About the role: first paragraph as given, then second paragraph: "What Success Looks LikeIn this role, success means becoming a trusted resource for our customers and internal teams while ensuring orders move accurately and efficiently from beginning to end. You will develop a deep understanding of our customers, products, processes, and logistics requirements; proactively identify and resolve issues; and help transform important institutional knowledge into documented, repeatable processes that position the team for continued success." Third paragraph: "Why This Role MattersThis is an opportunity to join a critical function within Kop-Coat, Inc. at an important point in its evolution. You will work alongside an experienced customer service professional with deep knowledge of our customers and operations, giving you the opportunity to learn the business while making an immediate contribution. For the right person, this role offers the chance to become a subject-matter expert in Kop-Coat Inc.'s customer and order management processes, build meaningful relationships across the organization, and have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational performance." Then About Kop-Coat, Inc. could be another paragraph under About the role or maybe separate but we can include as paragraph after those. Thus final HTML:
