- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous office / call center / customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible work schedule
Essential Job Functions
- Greet customers courteously, professionally, and listen attentively to their needs and concerns
- Communicate effectively with individuals/teams to expedite customer requests
- Schedule patient appointments using EPM software and follow provider templates
- Incorporate patient demographic information and verify appointments using two identifiers (name and date of birth)
- Schedule new patients according to the appointment script and notify site director for urgent needs
- Participate in training opportunities to enhance knowledge
Physical Requirements
- Direct client contact required
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Use of computer for long periods
- Sit, squat, lift, and stand as needed
- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Might require working at other sites
