Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous office / call center / customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Flexible work schedule

Essential Job Functions

  • Greet customers courteously, professionally, and listen attentively to their needs and concerns
  • Communicate effectively with individuals/teams to expedite customer requests
  • Schedule patient appointments using EPM software and follow provider templates
  • Incorporate patient demographic information and verify appointments using two identifiers (name and date of birth)
  • Schedule new patients according to the appointment script and notify site director for urgent needs
  • Participate in training opportunities to enhance knowledge

Physical Requirements

  • Direct client contact required
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Use of computer for long periods
  • Sit, squat, lift, and stand as needed
  • Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Might require working at other sites
