The position involves processing new account transactions, assisting customers with account selection and financial services, cross-selling products, maintaining and closing accounts, providing service assistance, performing clerical duties, and promoting the bank through good customer relations and referrals.
Responsibilities
- Process new account transactions

- Maintain and close all account types
- Provide account-related service assistance to customers in reception areas and over the phone
- Perform location clerical duties
- Promote the bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of bank or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of all bank deposit products and policies
- Ability to field and answer requests via phone, e-mail, or in-person
