About the role
Cornestone Bank is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Watford City.
Responsibilities
- Processing new account transactions
- Aiding customers in selecting various accounts and financial services
- Cross-selling the Bank's products and services
- Maintaining and closing all account types
- Providing account-related service assistance to customers in reception areas and over the phone
- Performing location clerical duties
- Promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of bank or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of all bank deposit products and policies
- Ability to field and answer requests via phone, e-mail, or in-person
