Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves customers by matching them with just the right products.
- Maintains the visual appeal of the store.
- Makes the most effective use of the store displays.
- Maintains the expertise to explain product features and benefits.
- Calculates discounts and any promotions as applicable to the rental agreement or sale.
- Maintains the customer folders, ensuring they are setup, filed, and properly maintained.
- Qualifies customers for the product.
- Performs regular sales and marketing calls.
- Seeks and maintains knowledge of current products, pricing, sales, promotion, policies, and procedures.
- Affords assistance in creating and verifying rental agreements and educating customers on their agreement.
- Affords assistance in training and developing the stores delivery and installation specialists.
- Affords assistance in managing store inventory.
- Affords assistance in refurbishing store merchandise.
- Completes any other tasks assigned at the discretion of management.
