Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Full-time benefits eligibility begins at an average of 20+ hours worked per week.

Schedule

• Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM (weekends until 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs and make product suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Assist customers with payment reminders and collections
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Capability to walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors (climbing stairs, opening large doors)

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies)
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel between work locations (mileage reimbursement provided)
