Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the role

Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside. We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.

Responsibilities

• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
• Helping customers stay current with payments and making reminder and collection calls when required
• Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris

Physical Requirements

• Ability to transport/lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle for travel between locations and work-related tasks (mileage reimbursement provided)

Qualifications

• Customer service centered sales experience from retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

• Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm (weekends until 5:00 pm)
• Eligible for full-time benefits after averaging 20+ hours per week
• Mileage reimbursement provided for work-related travel
