Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Flexible and full-time schedules between the hours of 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments (e.g., retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies).
• Valid driver’s license and use of your own vehicle for travel between work locations (mileage reimbursement available).
