Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the role

Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal

Physical Requirements

• Ability to transport/lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies
• Valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle for work-related travel (mileage reimbursement available)

Employees become eligible for full-time benefits by working an average of 20+ hours per week.

Pay

$15.00 per hour

Schedule

Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm (weekends until 5:00 pm).
