Customer Service Security Officer
About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Hattiesburg, MS. The role requires owning a weapon and having a MS Firearm Permit. Key responsibilities include building meaningful connections through engaging with others, providing customer service, managing access control, performing regular patrols, inspecting security equipment, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Responsibilities

- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
- Manage access control.
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
- Answer questions in person or by phone.
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
- Achie and pass an extensive screening process.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- You have a state license if required.
Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $16.28 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).
Schedule
Set schedule: Friday-Saturday 6am-2pm and Sunday- Monday 2pm-10pm (32 hours per week).
