Responsibilities

  • Follow-up with leads to encourage completion of their tax filing journey
  • Guide customers through the entire decision process and ensure successful transitions to tax professionals
  • Understand and Identify needs quickly and accurately
  • Deliver personalized consultations to build excitement and clarity around product
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile

Requirements

  • Experience in high-touch, customer-facing roles
  • Consultative sales background with strong closing skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
  • Highly motivated by results and recognition
  • Some tax knowledge is helpful but not required
  • Genuine compassion for delivering exceptional customer experience
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service preferred

Qualifications

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience is essential
  • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $28.00 /hr., (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage).

Schedule

Employment for this position will begin on-site in the office starting on day one of employment at 34115 W 12 Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48331This is a short-term assignment with potential for an extension

Physical And Mental Requirements

The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position. Work is generally sedentary in nature.
