- Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate
- Take a message when the associate is unavailable
- Greet and direct visitors to the company
- Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
- Aid in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- Assist with other related Clerical and Administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
- Full-time Schedule
- 10 hour shift or 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
