Customer Service Representative-Yard Attendant

Primary duties

• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Check in, change reservations, and issue tickets using handheld computers and printers
• Explain policies and procedures to customers
• Help clean and maintain terminal, restrooms, and terminal property
• Watch for and report suspicious behavior and security threats
• Outside positions may require line handling to dock ferries
• Outside positions require vehicle and pedestrian traffic control

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Standing and walking for most of the shift
• Ability to endure adverse weather conditions (rain and summer sun/heat)

$18.50/hr

Schedule

Seasonal with potential for year-round full-time employment. Positions require weekend and holiday work.
