Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, etc.
- Submit wire requests, debit card orders, and other client needs where appropriate.
- Balance cash drawer daily with accuracy.
- Promote bank services and products when appropriate.
- Resolve routine customer questions and refer complex needs as appropriate.
- Follow all security, risk, and compliance protocols alongside bank policies and procedures.

- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-year prior cash handling or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with banking products and procedures (preferred).
- Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems.
