Responsibilities
- Learn about our core TV products, services, and billing processes to provide knowledgeable and timely customer service
- Represent a Fortune 100 company and be the voice of Spectrum
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cable and video services
- Navigate computer systems and learn a lot about our business
- Resolve TV inquiries while creating best-in-class customer experiences
- Interact with customers through inbound phone calls to resolve a variety of topics, including billing questions, account updates, subscriber challenges, and more
- Work in an open, friendly environment with a supportive, energetic team
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Experience: 6+ months of customer service experience; 1+ year working with computers and software applications; 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience in customer service or a call center
- Technical Skills: MS Office, computer skills, typing
- Skills: Communication, organization, time management, multi-tasking, customer service
- Abilities: Dependable, professional, solution-oriented, results-driven, resilient
Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with computers and software applications, 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience in customer service or a call center
