Customer Service Representative - Store (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, assisting with merchandise selection, and answering questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
• Assist with unloading deliveries, organizing, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Stock shelves independently and recover merchandise as needed.
• Accurately handle customer transactions using the POS system.
• Monitor customer activity to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Perform additional duties to support effective and profitable store operations.
