Customer Service Representative (Part-time)

About the role

This is a sales support position responsible for providing direct support to all assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. As a Customer Sales Representative (CSR), the goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming concerns/needs from customers
• Handle key pick-up requests and address transportation/routing questions for deliveries
• Process will-call orders
• Provide customers with invoice copies
• Process credits
• Maintain call lists
• Monitor orders before the cut-off time
• Communicate regularly with Account Executives (AEs) and customers
• Manage same-day deliveries for the operating company (OPCO)
• Perform other duties as directed by a supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience
• Previous call center experience (preferred)

Skills

• Strong telephone communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to sit and work at a PC for extended periods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
