About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a crucial link between our company and our diverse client base, providing exceptional service and supporting bilingual clients with insurance-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Assist bilingual clients with inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Translate documents and correspondence between English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Educate clients on insurance products and help them make informed decisions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Relevant state insurance license preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Previous customer service experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Empathetic and patient, with a commitment to resolving customer concerns.
• Familiarity with insurance terminology and policies.
