Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must complete any applicable licensing and licensing and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for our customers—creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience
• Assist with policy questions, billing inquiries, ID cards, and coverage updates
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing thoughtful, attentive service
• Set appointments
• Help identify opportunities to better serve customer needs
• Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organization
• Provide quotes and guidance when appropriate
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and office visits with efficiency and care

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive problem solver who takes initiative
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive, dependable attitude
• Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)

Pay

$55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
