Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member myself and saw firsthand the growth potential that agency ownership could provide. Outside of work, I play guitar in a small band, enjoy bicycling and staying active with my kids, and love sports like soccer. I also competed in track and field, so that competitive spirit has always been a part of who I am. Our agency is proud to stay connected to the community. Role Description As a Customer Service Representative with Felixnet Prophete - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Answer customer inquiries and requests.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Dedicated to customer service.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Previous customer service experience preferred.Bilingual French or Spanish preferred. Compensation $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
