Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

About the role

I've been an agent since 2017 and have a team of five. Before opening my agency, I worked in logistics, which gave me a strong foundation for running a fast-paced, results-driven business. I'm a proud graduate of Auburn University, married with one daughter, and actively involved with the Asian Chamber of Commerce and Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Pay

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
