About the role

I’ve been a State Farm Agent for 18 years and am proud to be a second-generation agent, continuing my father’s legacy of dedication and service. Our agency is home to a multi-lingual team that offers support in English, Spanish, Malayalam, and Polish, ensuring we can meet the needs of a wide range of customers. I take great pride in helping my community thrive both in and out of the office, whether that’s through supporting local schools, service organizations, or sports clubs. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two wonderful children, especially when we’re traveling and exploring new places together.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Affiliate customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Pay

$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
