About the role

Customer Service Representatives are the face of First Western Bank, serving as the spirit of our branch lobbies. They assist customers with financial transactions, account maintenance, and opening new accounts/services for both new and existing customers. This position involves continuous customer contact, including building new business and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

• Strong customer service experience
• Strong cash handling skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
