Responsibilities

  • Working with internal art department trafficking jobs through design/proofing stage
  • Issuing purchase orders to all vendors, both domestic and international
  • Trafficking all projects through print, manufacturing and delivery to final destination
  • Communicating on a regular basis with the client as to the status of their projects
  • Communicating via phone, email, zoom, etc., both domestic and international
  • Maintaining an accurate production schedule and generating weekly status reports for clients
  • Navigating internal schedules for domestic and international projects
  • Correctly invoicing clients and ensuring that all billable parts are included
  • Liaising with in-house Sales personnel as and when necessary
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Pay

$45,000 - $65,000, Full Time, On-Site to Hybrid
