Responsibilities
- Receive and coordinate incoming repair and service requests for a wide range of equipment, including company-owned, customer-owned, and third-party assets.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal partners to gather details, provide updates, and keep service activities moving on schedule.
- Enter service-related information accurately into internal systems and maintain organized records for each request.
- Manage work progress from initial intake through completion, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Schedule service activities and help align repair timelines to support customer operations with minimal disruption.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while resolving questions and escalating complex matters when needed.
- Monitor open requests closely and follow up with the appropriate parties to drive timely resolution and strong service outcomes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar customer-facing position.
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Experience with order entry, service coordination, or administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests at once.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Comfortable using computer systems to document activity, update records, and track service requests.
- Demonstrated ability to stay customer-focused while solving problems and coordinating next steps.
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or related field is preferred but not required.
