Responsibilities
- Working with internal art department trafficking jobs through design/proofing stage
- Issuing purchase orders to all vendors, both domestic and international
- Trafficking all projects through print, manufacturing and delivery to final destination
- Communicating on a regular basis with the client as to the status of their projects
- Communicating via phone, email, zoom, etc., both domestic and international
- Maintaining an accurate production schedule and generating weekly status reports for clients
- Navigating internal schedules for domestic and international projects
- Correctly invoicing clients and ensuring that all billable parts are included
- Liaising with in-house Sales personnel as and when necessary
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
