About the role
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our organization, providing exceptional customer service to all members of the organization and our customers.
Responsibilities
- Field incoming and outgoing calls
- Schedule new customers and make outgoing calls
- Assist in dispatch and provide support to the Office Manager
- Provide assistance to Plumbers, Helpers, and other team members
- Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers as well as interline companies
- Assist with data entry, billing, and filing
Requirements
- Skillful in Microsoft Office Programs
- Good keyboarding skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
- Experience handling a high volume of phone calls
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
