About the role

The Customer Service Representative plays an important role in the patient journey at Pet Care Veterinary Hospital. They greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, answer phone calls, assist with scheduling, manage appointments, process payments, and communicate clearly with all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answering phone calls and assisting pet owners with questions or appointment requests
• Scheduling appointments and managing the daily hospital schedule
• Checking clients in and out for appointments
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Communicating clearly with doctors, technicians, and clients
• Helping create a calm, welcoming environment in the lobby
• Supporting the veterinary team with organization and communication throughout the day

Requirements

• Organized and detail-oriented with a knack for keeping things running smoothly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
