Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Role Overview

This is a customer service-focused, outdoor, multi-function position at airport rental locations. You will assist customers with vehicle check-in, check-out, and return processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Check vehicles and input data using handheld devices
• Process rentals for loyalty customers
• Assist customers at exit gates and vehicle returns
• Provide professional, friendly customer service throughout all interactions

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
• Customer-first mindset with professionalism, patience, and clear communication
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the lot; enter and exit vehicles; and drive different vehicles
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Retail or customer service experience in fast-paced environments is a plus
