• A High School Aged individual, High School diploma or higher
• 1 to 2 years of valuable sales experience
• Customer Service oriented
• A valid driver’s license for convenient transportation

YOUR ROLE EXPECTATIONS

• Guide customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other services
• Share creative ideas for marketing and promotions
• Help open and close the center, managing the cash register and systems
• Work with management to keep inventory organized and stocked
• Foster positive relationships with couriers and store staff
• Sort and deliver mail to private mailboxes for smooth operations
• Easily interacts with customers with an outgoing and friendly personality

PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand at a sales counter for extended periods
• Capability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Proficient in clear communication with customers via email, phone, and in-person
