The Customer Service Representative – Oxygen Patient Advocate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll support and coach patients to achieve their therapy goals while ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention.
Responsibilities
- Processes orders according to PHM procedures
- Contacts and inform patients of the order received
- Answer incoming calls in an efficient and courteous manner
- Enter Patients into the PHM electronic medical record program
- Generates orders and assists in scheduling of delivery
- Other tasks that may be assigned by manager
