Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about service, maintenance, and installations
  • Schedule and dispatch service appointments efficiently to maximize technician routes
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer records in our scheduling/dispatch software
  • Follow up on completed jobs, service agreements, and membership renewals
  • Communicate pricing, financing options, and membership benefits clearly
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed
  • Cook up with technicians and office staff to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience (HVAC, trades, or dispatch experience a plus)
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning scheduling/dispatch software (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
  • Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
