Customer Service Representative III

What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries regarding mortgage loan products.
• Handle high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service to clients.
• Perform a basic level of lead qualification following a scripted presentation.
• Contact prospective clients to generate interest in mortgage products.
• Communicate effectively over the phone, escalating customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments.
• Field customer mortgage inquiries and generate potential interest in refinance opportunities.
• Transfer potential leads to available Loan Officers.
• Enter client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of related experience in Inside Sales or similar field.
• A high school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
• Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Pay

Hourly range for new hires is generally $26.00 for Irvine, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
