Key Responsibilities

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused when addressing customer needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with customer service systems and standard office applications.
