About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional service and support to our commercial insurance clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage policy administration including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Act as a liaison between clients, underwriters, and producers, providing guidance on coverage, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of commercial insurance products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency with agency management systems.
Qualifications
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred.
- Prior experience in commercial lines is preferred.
