About the role

As the primary point of contact and the "face" of our company, you will drive exceptional customer experiences while managing critical administrative, billing, and logistics support functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and requests through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Handle billing and payment processing efficiently
  • Support logistics operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and report generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
