Responsibilities

  • Service customer requests for quotes and orders received through multiple channels of communication
  • Aid customers with accurate transactions and industry-specific product information
  • Provide technical assistance for Lapeyre stair products and services
  • Utilize telephone sales and support skills to create interest and offer value-added products and services to customers
  • Build and expand customer relationships and help ensure replacement and increased business
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to co-manage accounts in coordination with multiple team resources

Requirements

  • College degree or comparable working experience in customer service, sales, or as a technical representative
  • 3+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • Strong mathematical and technical aptitude
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, along with a pleasant & professional phone manner
  • Must be detail oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks using strong organizational skills
  • Self-managed and a team player
  • Experience working in a Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot preferred)
