Customer Service Representative - Hybrid

Full-time position.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Serve as over-the-phone support for customers.
• Schedule deliveries, pickups, and service technician appointments.
• Provide accurate information on customer accounts and orders, leaving detailed notes.
• Manage order changes and requests.
• Write sales and process payments on customer invoices.
• Serve as initial support for warranty claims.
• Act as the liaison between HOM Furniture customers and delivery personnel/service technicians, ensuring accurate and timely relay of customer information.
• Provide support to on-the-road personnel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Low physical demands; regularly required to sit for sustained periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
